Customer Support Specialist

Location: Remote (US/International)
Contract: Full-time – Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social channels

  • Assist with troubleshooting, camera setup questions, and product guidance

  • Manage order tracking, returns, and exchanges

  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners

  • Keep FAQs, help articles, and documentation up to date

  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements

  • Contribute to an outstanding customer experience

Required Profile

  • Previous experience in customer service (e-commerce preferred)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong sense of clarity, empathy, and problem-solving

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Fluent written English

  • Ability to work independently and proactively

  • Interest in outdoor gear, wildlife, or tech is a plus

Community Manager

Location: Remote (US/International)
Contract: Full-time – Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow TimberCam’s social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)

  • Create engaging content related to wildlife, outdoor monitoring, and product features

  • Interact with our community and respond to comments and messages

  • Develop brand awareness and engagement strategies

  • Collaborate on influencer partnerships and campaigns

  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust content strategy

  • Stay updated on social media trends and outdoor niche communities

  • Help maintain a positive online brand reputation

Required Profile

  • Proven experience in community management (preferably in e-commerce or outdoor niche)

  • Strong writing and creative storytelling skills

  • Good command of visual/video tools (Canva, CapCut, Premier Rush, etc.)

  • Understanding of platform algorithms and content trends

  • Proactive, organized, and capable of managing several tasks at once

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Interest in wildlife or outdoor content is highly appreciated
