This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, packed, and delivered when purchasing from https://timbercam.com (“the Website”), operated by JOROOMOC PRO LLC.

By placing an order on the Website, you agree to the terms below.


1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing does not take place on weekends or US public holidays.

In case of high order volume, carrier delays, or inventory constraints, processing may take slightly longer. If this occurs, customers will be notified by email.


2. Estimated Delivery Times

Once processed, your order will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Estimated delivery time within the United States:

Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on:

  • shipping location

  • carrier capacity

  • weather conditions

  • supply chain limitations

  • remote/rural areas

These estimates are not guaranteed.


3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all TimberCam orders.

No additional delivery fees apply at checkout.
Local taxes or duties (if applicable) remain the customer’s responsibility.


4. Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing an order, customers receive an order confirmation email.

Once the package is dispatched, a second email containing tracking information will be sent (when tracking is available for the chosen shipping service).

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct.
Orders delivered to an incorrect address due to an error during checkout cannot be refunded.


5. Delivery Issues

If a package cannot be delivered due to:

  • incorrect or incomplete address,

  • recipient unavailable,

  • refusal of delivery,

the parcel may be returned to the carrier or to our warehouse.
Additional reshipping fees may apply if the customer requests a new delivery.

If the package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but cannot be located, the customer must:

  1. verify the mailbox, neighbors, or property surroundings

  2. contact the local USPS/UPS/FedEx office

  3. notify us within 7 business days


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If an item arrives damaged, customers must report it within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence, before the product is used.

If the order is lost in transit, a replacement or refund may be issued once the carrier confirms the loss.
Claims for missing or lost packages must be filed within 15 business days of the expected delivery date.


7. Returns Due to Delivery Issues

If a package is returned due to refusal, failure to pick up, or incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional reshipping costs.
