Return & Refund Policy — TimberCam (JOROOMOC PRO LLC)

TimberCam is a brand operated by JOROOMOC PRO LLC.
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on timbercam.com.


1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.


2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused and unopened when possible,

  • be in its original condition,

  • include all accessories, cables, manuals, and packaging,

  • be returned in protective packaging.

Used trail cameras or items showing signs of installation or outdoor exposure (dust, scratches, moisture, dirt) may not qualify for a refund unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

Products with missing parts or physical damage caused by misuse are not eligible.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted for:

  • customized or modified products,

  • items damaged due to incorrect installation, improper handling, or misuse,

  • products returned without their original packaging,

  • consumables (batteries, memory cards) if opened.


4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact:

Include:

  • your full name,

  • order number,

  • reason for return,

  • photos or videos if the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Once reviewed, our support team will provide return instructions and approval to proceed.

A tracking number is required for all returns.
Returns shipped without tracking may not be processed.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • the item arrived damaged,

  • the item arrived faulty,

  • or the wrong item was delivered.

Original delivery fees (if any) are non-refundable.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • contact us within 7 days of delivery,

  • include clear photo or video evidence.

If confirmed, TimberCam (JOROOMOC PRO LLC) will:

  • cover return shipping,

  • send a replacement, or

  • issue a refund.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
If the order has already been shipped, it must be returned according to this policy.


8. Refund Conditions

Refunds are issued only after inspection of the returned item.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method.


9. Refund Timeframe

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • you will be notified of approval or refusal,

  • approved refunds are issued within 3 to 7 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.


10. Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights under United States law or the laws of the customer’s state of residence.
